Can I have more than one Member Opinions account?Membership is restricted to one per American Express Membership Rewards program account.
How do I update my personal details?To make changes to your personal details, log in to your account and head to ‘My Details’ under ‘Menu’.
You cannot update your email address here as it’s also your username. If you want to change your email, please get in touch .
How do I change my password?To change your password, log in to your account and select on ‘My Details’ from the Menu.
How do I cancel my account?If you wish to cancel your membership, log in into your account and select ‘Unsubscribe’ from the ‘My Details’ section.
It may take a few days to fully deactivate your account. During this time, you may be invited to participate in surveys.
Please note, you will only be unsubscribing from the Member Opinions panel. You will remain a member of the Membership Rewards® programme.

How often will I be asked to take surveys?We send out survey invitations fairly regularly but when or how often depends.
The amount of surveys you receive mainly depends on your member profile. The more information we have about you, the better we can tailor your survey opportunities to you. For this reason, we ask you to keep your profile as up-to-date as possible.
Please note, some firewalls may prevent delivery of our survey invitations, so be sure to add us to your 'safe senders' list.
What is expected of me when participating in surveys?When participating in surveys, we ask that you give careful attention to every question you answer.
As a leading market research company, our reputation is based upon providing accurate data. In return, we ensure that you receive a fair reward for your time.
Our surveys feature automated checks to validate your responses. Failure to answer honestly may result in your answers being rejected. If we identify dishonest behavior, we cannot pay you the reward for the survey and if this behavior continues, we may deactivate your account.

Why was I unable to complete my survey?In our surveys, we’re often looking for the opinions of a very specific group of people. For example, users of a particular brand or product.
That’s why, at the start of each survey, you’ll answer questions to check if the survey is a good fit. If not, you’ll be "screened out" with a message explaining you haven’t qualified.
This is a standard part of market research. Remember, the more we know about you, the more relevant surveys you’ll receive.
We recommend that you keep your profile details up-to-date.
Any data collected from non-completed surveys will be discarded and not used for any purpose.
You’ll earn Membership Rewards® points every time you complete a survey.
Receive up to 100 points for every short survey (>30min) and 150 points for longer surveys (<30min).
You can see the reward for each survey prior to starting. Remember, the more surveys you complete, the more points you’ll enjoy.
Where can I view my Membership Rewards points balance?You can view everything you need to know about your Membership Rewards points earned through Member Opinions in your Dashboard.
See your current points balance, how many points you’ve collected and your earned survey history all in one place.
How are my Membership Rewards points transferred into my Membership Rewards account?Every point you receive from Member Opinions will be transferred and deposited into your Membership Rewards account automatically when you complete your survey.
Please note that it can take from 8 to 12 weeks before your points appear in your Membership Rewards account.
How long will it take to transfer my points?Your Membership Rewards® points should be transferred as soon as you complete your survey.

As you continue taking surveys with Member Opinions, you’ll level up.
There are five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and our highest level, Diamond.
At each level there are key achievements (known as Badges) awarded for your survey activity.
How do I level up?Your level is related to your membership, based on activities like taking surveys and receiving Membership Rewards® points.
You can level up by unlocking all the badges available within your current level. For example, if you’re a Bronze member, you need to complete all the available Bronze badge to level up and become a Silver member.
You can achieve badges for levels above your own. For example, if you complete 100% of your survey profile, you’ll get a Platinum status badge – but you cannot reach Platinum level until you’ve achieved ALL the necessary badges.
What is a Bronze member?Bronze members are just getting started. To reach Bronze status, all you have to do is sign up and activate your account.
What is a Silver member?Silver is the first step on the ladder.

It’s simple - keep sharing your opinion. We recommend taking surveys at least once a week to maintain your current level.
If you don’t keep taking surveys, you will eventually lose your badge for consecutive surveys and drop down a level.
Similarly, you’ll need to make sure your survey profile is kept up to date. Certain sections, like technology and automotive, will expire over time – so if your profile completion percentage has dropped since you last logged in, check back and complete any sections that are incomplete.
